Hey Guys! I posted a pic of this smoothie bowl on my Instagram and many people requested a recipe, so here it is!
This healthy smoothie bowl recipe is super easy and quick to make, so it’s perfect for when you’re low on time, but still want something delicious & nutritious to fuel your day! I love it because it’s sweet, simple, and refreshing ☺️👍 It’s a great option for a healthy breakfast or midday snack.
My Healthy Smoothie Bowl Recipe:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 small ripe (or frozen) banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk (my favorite is the Unsweetened Vanilla by Califia Farms!)
- Throw the ingredients into a blender & pulse until smooth! <– Literally that’s it 😂
- Decorate with your favorite toppings and you’re done! (some of my favorite toppings include chia seeds, hemp seeds, banana slices, fresh berries, and various nut butters–I’m a nut butter addict 😛)
And there you have it!
Feel free to play around with the almond milk-fruit ratio until you reach your preferred consistency. I like my smoothie bowls to be a bit more solid, so it’s like I’m eating a sorbet-like dessert for breakfast! 😄💯
